You can be part of the speaker program by submitting an abstract for a technical paper or a poster paper. Some ideas to consider for what it means to deliver quality:

• The simple answer – provide the customer with a product that meets their needs in a timely manner.
• Environment, processes, organizational structures and many more factors all influence our ability to achieve this goal.
• Can we deliver a quality end product if we are not delivering quality during the entire process?
• How can we engage all the players to see their role in delivering quality?
